Uporabniški servis

Odprema in dostava
Brezplačna dostava za naročila + 50 EUR in več. Pošiljanje paketa vsak dan. Paket bo dostavljen v 2 delovnih dneh v Sloveniji, v EU-14 dni, 21 dni po svetu.

Pošiljanje prevzame naš partner za opravljanje storitev hitre dostave. V primeru, da uslužbenec storitev hitre dostave ne more dostaviti pošiljko, vam bo pustil obvestilo s telefonsko številko, ki jo lahko pokličete (če ni dogovorjeno drugače, prejmete paket naslednji dan). Če še vedno ni mogoče dostaviti pošiljko, je vrnjena po dveh dneh. Stroške vrnitve prevzame kupec (minimum v višini 50,00 €). Poštnina se bo zaračunavala na pošiljko. Skupni znesek dostave ne bo NIKOLI presegel dogovorjeni znesek ob naročilu!

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping for orders EUR 50+. We ship every day. The products will be delivered within 2 working days in Slovenia, 14 days in EU, 21 days other world.

Upon receipt of the payment the order, unless otherwise agreed, is shipped by Express Delivery Service. In the event that Express Delivery Service employee is not able to deliver the shipment personally, they will leave a notification stating a phone number client can call for a delivery appointment. If Express Delivery Service is not contacted, they will try to deliver the order again the following day. If Express Delivery Service employee is still not able to deliver the shipment personally, it will be returned to Marcelino.si after two days. The return charges, of a minimum of EUR 50.00 €, will be at Shopper’s expense. The shopper will remain obliged to pay the invoice. Shipments cannot be delivered to a post office box, as a signature is always required. For all shipments a minimum rate of € 12.50 will be charged per shipment, per batch. Any cancellation, shipment or administrative costs will never exceed the agreed upon total sum.

We can’t imagine you wouldn’t like our gifts or booking service, but if you don’t like the item for any reason we will refund your full purchase price, no questions asked (Unless you want to give us feedback.). For other items like souvenirs and accessories we will refund your full amount as long as the item is returned and unused. If you are unhappy with a product and would like a replacement we will replace it with something of the same purchase price. We cannot accept returns of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Marcelino.si requests information from users on our order form. This is required to complete sales orders and to keep you up to date regarding its status.
